    How are deliveries scheduled?

    After you sign your lease agreement in checkout, your local store will contact you to schedule your delivery. You must be present at the address provided in your lease agreement to receive your order.

    Delivery and set up is always free with Aarons

    All orders include free delivery and set up, no matter the time frame. Orders are delivered with our own trucks and delivery specialists, from your local store or fulfillment center.

    How does set up/installation work?

    Our delivery specialists will unload and set up your items. However, we don’t connect gas or water, or install air conditioners or video/camera doorbells or devices.

    Receiving your delivery

    On the day of delivery, please clear the pathway from the front door to the room where your item will be set up.

    • There should be no obstacles (throw rugs, planters, toys, etc.) along the pathway.
    • Please ensure any hallways and thresholds on the pathway are at least 1” wider than your item.
    • Have your ID ready to show our technicians. They will need it to complete the final paperwork once your item is set up.

    Track your order with MyAccount

    Delivery details are sent to the email address provided with all order confirmations. You can also track your order using Aaron's MyAccount, which is also available as an app for iOS and Android devices.

    Order cancellations

    You may cancel your order before your item arrives by contacting us at 1-888-333-3785. A refund will be applied to the card you used to make the first payment. Your order may also be cancelled by Aaron's if delivery cannot be scheduled within 30 days.

    You're going to love this Living Room Sectional group from Woodhaven, an award winning supporter of greener manufacturing. The Jamal sectional fills the room with deep and comfy seats, a plethora of pillows and a super wide, inviting chaise lounge. Smokey gray chenille fabric on the seats and pillows are contrasted by a padded black fabric on the base and frame. Accent pillows in black, gray, cream and taupe provide the color splash.

    The sectional pieces are built to last with heavy gauge tempered springs topped with insulated padding, and a frame that is glued, stapled and corner blocked for extra strength and durability.  The seat cushions are constructed of high density foamand the back cushions are filled with top grade virgin fiber making the set both beautiful and comfortable.  Made in the USA from domestic and foreign materials.
