Aaron's Foundation
The mission of the Aaron’s Foundation is to strengthen the communities in which we operate, with a focus on improving the life prospects of underserved youth.
Aaron’s provides underserved youth with the tools, resources and skills to achieve their goals and to become productive, contributing members of their communities.
Aaron’s has donated $10 million to the Boys & Girls Club of America since 2015. Through this partnership, we have delivered 50+ Teen Center refreshes to ensure our communities’ youth have a safe and fun place to hang out after school. Through our partnership with BGCA, Aaron’s also supports youth leadership development programs, staff training programs, and other programs that support Teen Centers.
Aaron’s is proud to partner with the American Red Cross to help prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies and natural disasters. Most recently we made a charitable donation to help the victims of Hurricane Ida.
The Aaron’s Foundation funds a Matching Gift Program, which effectively doubles the contributions that our team members make to eligible, not-for profit organizations within the areas of arts and culture, health and human services, civic and community concerns, and education.
Warrick Dunn Charities “Homes for the Holidays” celebrates single parents who are actively working to achieve first-time homeownership.
The houses are constructed and financed through Habitat for Humanity, and fully furnished by Aaron’s.
The Kurt Warner First Things First Foundation is a charity serving as a vehicle for Kurt and Brenda Warner to reach out to the community and share their blessings with those in need. The First Things First Foundation is dedicated to impacting lives by promoting Christian values, sharing experiences and providing opportunities to encourage everyone that all things are possible when people seek to put “first things first.” Aaron’s is proud to assist with furnishing the homes.
ACORP
Aaron’s Community Outreach Program (ACORP) was developed in 1999 as a way to help rebuild and sustain the communities in which we live and work. We continue to accomplish this through volunteering our time and financial support within our communities.
Aaron’s annual ACORP budgets are divided amongst each corporate division based on the operating store count. Team members are encouraged to provide / suggest opportunities to give back to a qualifying cause in the area.

Resource Groups
Creating community improves overall wellbeing, and Aaron’s is proud to sponsor several Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) that provide team members the opportunity to foster diversity and inclusion by connecting team members to accomplish business objectives and champion community, awareness, respect, and inclusion in the workplace.
The Aaron’s Black Leadership Exchange’s mission is to exchange information and ideas that create a path for personal and professional development of Black team members, while strengthening our connection with customers and community.
The Aaron’s Women’s Leadership Network welcomes team members of all genders who want to connect, attract, develop, and advance talented women leaders at Aaron’s.
The Inspiring Growth and Unity at Aaron’s for Latinos/Hispanics group’s goal is to create a foundation that empowers Latinos/Hispanics at Aaron’s by advocating for the betterment of the Latino/Hispanic community both internally and externally with various areas of focus such as business transformation, engagement, as well as provide growth/leadership development within.
The Pride Alliance Mission’s goal is to increase awareness, inclusion, and wellbeing of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning team members at Aaron’s, and to provide resources for community members and allies. We are proud to have facilitated donations from the Foundation of $15,000 to The Trevor Project and $10,000 to Lost-N-Found Youth in 2021.
