Delivery with Aaron's±
How are our delivery times calculated?
Delivery time is product specific and depends on a few factors:
- Inventory availability in local stores or fulfillment centers
- Freight schedules to local stores
- Your shipping address
You may not select a different delivery type because of these factors. Aaron's always delivers to you as fast as we can, but depending on the factors above, a product might ship quickly, or might need to be ordered through one of our vendors and take a bit longer.
How are deliveries scheduled?
After you sign your lease agreement in checkout, your local store will contact you to schedule your delivery. You must be present at the address provided in your lease agreement to receive your order.
Delivery and set up is always free with Aarons
All orders include free delivery and set up, no matter the time frame. Orders are delivered with our own trucks and delivery specialists, from your local store or fulfillment center.
How does set up/installation work?
Our delivery specialists will unload and set up your items. However, we don’t connect gas or water, or install air conditioners or video/camera doorbells or devices.
Receiving your delivery
On the day of delivery, please clear the pathway from the front door to the room where your item will be set up.
- There should be no obstacles (throw rugs, planters, toys, etc.) along the pathway.
- Please ensure any hallways and thresholds on the pathway are at least 1” wider than your item.
- Have your ID ready to show our technicians. They will need it to complete the final paperwork once your item is set up.
Track your order with MyAccount
Delivery details are sent to the email address provided with all order confirmations. You can also track your order using
Aaron's MyAccount, which is also available as an app for iOS and Android devices.
Order cancellations
You may cancel your order before your item arrives by contacting us at 1-888-333-3785. A refund will be applied to the card you used to make the first payment. Your order may also be cancelled by Aaron's if delivery cannot be scheduled within 30 days.
